Health Department grants us one of the nine Go Europe subsidies to promote internationalization

The funds will allow the incorporation of new professionals to improve the support we give to research staff when participating in international calls, organizing courses and conferences or subsidizing consultancies, with the aim of promoting IDIAPJGol's research and innovation projects at European level.

Health Department of the Generalitat has award IDIAPJGol one of the nine grants from the 'Go Europe' program for the period 2023-2025. A line of financing, within the framework of PERIS 2022-2027, aimed at promoting the international R&D&i project units of the health research institutes of Catalonia. With these funds, at IDIAPJGol we want to promote the new European proposals of our researchers, both at the research and innovation levels, improve the support offered to them by the Institute and increase our visibility and strategic positioning in Europe.

Specifically, the subsidy will allow to incorporate two people for a period of two and a half years: one will join the Project Management Unit (UGP) and the other in the Innovation Agency. These new professionals will aim to improve the support we give to research staff when participating in European and international calls. Likewise, specific training may be financed for personnel with a managerial or mixed manager/researcher profile, in addition to subsidizing external consultancies for evaluation or proposal writing.
