This unit is in charge of supporting the personnel recruitment process, hiring and the management of corresponding payrolls.

Its aim is to ensure optimal management and administration of personnel.

 

 

Functions:

  • Manage hiring, leaves and modifications in labour contracts
  • Social Security procedures
  • Monitor recruitment processes for personnel
  • Prepare personnel sections for competitive project reports
  • Payroll management and accounting
  • Processing and monitoring training requests to the Management Committee
  • Monitoring and control of course evaluations
