This unit is in charge of supporting the personnel recruitment process, hiring and the management of corresponding payrolls.
Its aim is to ensure optimal management and administration of personnel.
Functions:
- Manage hiring, leaves and modifications in labour contracts
- Social Security procedures
- Monitor recruitment processes for personnel
- Prepare personnel sections for competitive project reports
- Payroll management and accounting
- Processing and monitoring training requests to the Management Committee
- Monitoring and control of course evaluations
